Maybe its the weather, the happiness to make sure to do things correctly, or the capture of Bin Laden that delays the Fidpa press release, but there will be good and bad news daily. So, if you ask me, the poker show must go on.
I myself became more focused on getting this FIDPA mission finalized and out to the audience and players that have being waiting patiently for so long. And yes, after so long it is a great moment to achieve this milestone. It was on my ‘to do list’ for a long time and it feels like a relieve and personal victory to have the Fidpa website up and running. For that, I want to thank everybody for their help and support.
I think that the launch of the FIDPA-website will make me a better poker player than before because I finally shake of the extra weight from my shoulders. And believe me. I will not commit myself that fast again in the future when it comes to big projects like this. I will think twice before I say ‘yes’.
Commitments are going hand in hand with your personal way of looking at life and being aware of others’. So, to follow up with that. Whatever you commit yourself to, my advice would be to always consider your options and don’t think to light about it.
If I look back at the moments that I had to make a decision I wished I had taken one minute more to think about every decision. That would have saved me a lot of headache and troubles while I am sure we all would have been in some great events. So again, I look at the game of poker as a copy of the game of real life and it’s always good to think first before you act.
I would like to take the opportunity to personally thank everyone who have shown their support while we were working on the Fidpa mission. So here you have your good news. We did get, and still get, a great response on our mission to create a better poker world so you should definitely take a look at www.fidpa.com. Especially if you like/love poker.
Thanks for the support and enjoy the music:
